Crossroads Bible Fellowship, the church in the stable, is, of course, a church in a stable, or at least almost. Our current facility was originally built as a 34 horse stable with adjacent riding arena. Our congregation has labored since 2000 converting the riding arena into our current beautiful worship facility.
However, the northern half of our facility remains a stable, essentially unchanged from its original condition (excepting new siding). This has provided a wonderful facility for our primary Christmas outreach program, Walk Through Bethlehem.
Through our portrayal, visitors re-visited the first Christmas, interacting with the townspeople of Bethlehem, as they experienced the Messiah's birth.
Joined by sheep, geese, goats, and of course Henry the Camel (YES, A REAL CAMEL !) our guests re-lived the Christmas story as seen through the eyes of the tax-collectors, shepherds, carpenters, and shop owners.
Please plan to join us this December for our live, interactive drama, Walk Through Bethlehem, in our 7,000 square foot stable. Children and adults will be blessed by this celebration of the true meaning of Christmas.
